Privacy Policy

Last updated 2026-08-01

No accounts, no advertising trackers, and nothing sold to anyone. This page lists every category of data the platform holds and why it holds it.

1. The short version

We collect the minimum needed to make the product work and to fulfil a purchase. There is no sign-up, no advertising network, no cross-site tracking, and no sale or sharing of personal data for marketing.

2. What is stored

A random anonymous session identifier that contains no personal information; the inputs of every report you create and the computed outputs; your decision-journal entries; and, for purchases, an order record holding the tier, the amount, the status, timestamps, the processor's identifiers and an unlock token. An email address is stored only if you enter one or the payment processor returns one with the order. A minimal event log records which pages and actions were used, keyed by the anonymous identifier.

3. Cookies

dl_anon is a random identifier that connects this browser to the reports it created, kept for one year. dl_unlock holds unlock tokens for purchases claimed on this browser, kept for about thirteen months. Both are HTTP-only and neither is used for advertising or cross-site tracking. A language cookie is set if you use the language switcher. There are no third-party analytics or advertising cookies.

4. Payment data never reaches us

Checkout happens on Creem's own hosted page. Card numbers, wallet credentials and billing addresses go to Creem and never touch this site or its database. What comes back to us is the outcome of the payment, the buyer's email address, and Creem's order identifier.

5. Processors we rely on

Creem for payments and as merchant of record; Neon for the Postgres database; Vercel for application hosting and request logs; Resend for the transactional email that carries your unlock link. If a language-model provider is configured for narrative text, the numeric contents of your report are sent to it to generate the wording. Each of these processes data on our behalf under its own terms.

6. How long it is kept

Reports and journal entries are kept while the service runs, so that a link you saved keeps working. Order records are kept for as long as they may be needed for refunds, chargebacks, accounting and tax — expect several years. You can ask for earlier deletion of anything that is not required for those purposes.

7. Your choices

Clearing cookies detaches your browser from its reports immediately. To request a copy or deletion of what is held, email us from the address used at checkout, or quote the order id or session id. We will respond within thirty days.

8. Children

The service is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and it will be deleted.

9. Changes and contact

Revisions appear on this page with the date at the top updated. Privacy questions and deletion requests go to support@azai.top.
